Surrounded by vines and with the Black Mountains as a backdrop, Sous l’Olivier is a charmingly renovated winegrower’s house situated in the Minervois village of Trausse.  Deborah and Georges welcome you to their Bed and Breakfast which is ideally situated 30 mins from the Cite of Carcassonne,  10 mins from the famous Canal du Midi and only a few minutes walk from the lovely garrigue.

Sous l'Olivier has a large private garden and patio area where breakfast is served during the summer.  On offer are home-made jams, lemon curd, muffins, brioche, yogurts and seasonal fruit.  Sunloungers are available for those wanting to catch the sun after a quick dip in the private pool.

Secure parking for cars and a garage for bikes/motorbikes.

We also offer evening meals which need to be booked at the time of reservation.
